Processing Time All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. We offer both standard and express shipping options where available.

Domestic Shipping (Sri Lanka) Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch.

International Shipping We currently ship to select international destinations. Delivery times vary by location and may take 7–21 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist you.
